using the Samsung drive with kreon v0.81. I've backed up other games, they all went fine.
The disc is brand new and perfectly clean...what went wrong? Will my backup works fine?

recovered should be OK, it means the error correcting code were sufficient to get all the data back.

I tried to read the disc again, same amount of errors were found and recovered...I wonder if my disc is faulty and should I go exchange for a new one?

if it is new, and does not read good, depending where you bought it you could ask for a replacment.

i had the same prob with xbc2.5 then i used schtrom3.2 and not a single error.
