I have been having some problems burning an 360 ISO image.
First of all I have made backups many times before and never had any problems from my laptop using Windows Vista. Recently I reinstalled Vista as I usually do a format every 6 months and it was about time, on top of that I upgraded to Xtreme 1.0 recently. This is all that had changed.
Recently I got a copy of Forza 2 and went through the normal process and the game burned successfully, however when I put it in my 360 it came up with Open Tray every time i tried to boot it after making a horrible sound. I thought it may be some thing to do with the new firmware or the discs but all my other stealth made backups worked perfectly still and some were burned on the same type of disc. I decided to reburn with CloneCD instead of IMGBurn and the exact same thing happened again. I then decided to tyr burning on a different PC, this time a desktop running Windows XP Home. I used CloneCD and when I put it in my 360 it booted first time.
Now I went back to check the original discs that were burned in my laptop that were not working using XDVD Mulleter. The program took a long time to load the disc in XDVD and when it finally did it would say 'file handle not found' or that 'it was not a 360 ISO or the offset was wrong'. The copy burned in the XP Desktop loaded loaded like normal with all the stealth options checked, etc.
Anyone have any ideas as to why my laptop burner is no longer burnining the ISOS correctly given this information, I am confused completely?
