In the Thieves Guild Mission: Taking Care of Lex, you meet a character known only as "The Stranger." If you look at his eyes and then stand behind him and search his inventory, you'll notice he carries a Daedric short sword. Also he appears to have a lazy eye or a sort of droopy eye. After completing the mission you get to meet the Gray Fox. He also has that same droopy eye and when I searched his inventory, he also has a Daedric Shortsword.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Stranger it says that finding the stranger is hard because he wanders around a lot. If you compare the two pages and look at both characters you will see a resemblance. They look a lot alike. Hope this sparks someone's interest to explore further in this matter.
