Type of graphic: Sig
Colors: black and red
Text: ColdAsIce
Subtext: Like No Other
Pics : Something with Gears of War. Maybe a picture of Baird. Or something like that.
Just be creative with it. I am really open to different colors and pictures. Creator can put their name in there somewhere if you would like.

Here is my first go at it. It still looks a little off but let me know what you think. Seems like it needs something else...

*EDIT* Working on an improved version. Just seems to plain to me.

Using the Gear symbol as the "o" is simply brilliant! Nice work...

Glad someone noticed it
Areohbe, it seems something is missing. Maybe its just to plain? I have been working on cutting out some of the characters to add in but I'm not sure that that will be enough. Any ideas?
O'Malley
** I'm done for right now. Will finish this thing up later.

WOW, man that looks great. I agree though it does seem like its missing something. Maybe a COG and Locust logo on each side where its black?

I gave it much thought, but couldn't think of anything to add... so I cropped about 10 px off the top, added a white stroke, shrunk the whole thing down a bit, and added a little drop shadow to the mix.
I liked it before, I like it now... and I'm still in awe of the "O" replacement... BRILLIANT!

Looks better but still not finished. I'm not at home today but I have some ideas to improve it further. Also, looking at it on someone else's monitor I see there is a white stroke on the left and behind the text... never saw that on my comp so that will need to be fixed.
O'Malley
*EDIT* As far as size I will resize the on on my comp as well. The characters still need breathing room other wise it looks too constricted.

I've tried a new layout. I don't know that it needs anything else with the new layout. Let me know guys. I think it still looks a little too stretched but I can't tell anymore, I've been working on it too long.

*EDIT* Another try:

What filter is that? I will fix it on the original.

It's a tutorial, not a filter. Forget where I found it. sorry.
You make a special kind of .PSD file and you select the reflection (water) then Filter->Distort->Displace
A menu pops up and you select a percentage (10's good) then it asks for the special .PSD file. You pick it then it does it's thing.
I uploaded my special .PSD (forget how to make it, you should be able to use mine)
<link>It's a little less than 5mb

I'll try to fix that on the original in a bit. Thanks Iffy!

I like it, the image seems to be too small though. I liked the larger image in the first few.

Maybe some more direction? I've just been throwing stuff out here.

Ok, I think if you used the 2nd one on here, made that white part dark, and put a pic of Bairds head on the right side that would be good.
EDIT: Here is a
pic.

*EDIT* Updated the sig. Just look above. The image quality of Baird doesn't look great to me so if you like the setup and agree then I will re-do him with a higher quality image.

Yeah, he needs some better quality going on.

here is a larger image of Baird, which will look hella better scaled down:

and why the red glow? is Baird flaming...

Jun 29 2007, 07:46 PM
Thats the image I had. I had cut him out and didn't save it and was to lazy to cut him out again especially if Cold didn't like it. Thats why I said if he agreed with my comment to let me know and I would get him a higher quality one.
Baird has the red glow cause he needed something to bring him out. Otherwise it was just meh

i prob would like it better if he and the red glow thing were out and the back image was bigger so it will fill the sig a little more and be clearer.

The back image was that size so that it could also have a reflection and little to no cropping occured. Just doing what Cold asked.
