What size is the "addon fan"... the one people put parallel to the CPU heatsink and normally strap it on to the side of the case?
Here is what i am talking about:

As for power you can drive it with 12v, 7v or 5v from more than a few places, just depends on how loud ya like it vs. the air ya wanna move, that info is all over here as well.
