I have the tool to unbrick PSP's and downgrade any firmware to version 1.5
I do not open the PSP or even use a modchip
$40 total cost to unbrick and return ship priority mail, add $15 for USPS Express return mailing
Paypal gladly accepted. Local drop offs avialable in Northern California Area.

You guys better jump on this offer! I've known Ed for about 5 years now and he's a great guy! I've sent him about 20 PSPs so far and all came back at 1.5.
