If you want a Matrix, then this is the shop. You won't find one cheaper anywhere else.

had to cancel my order at easybuy2000 cause i placed my order 3 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped so i ordered the matrix mod from this place cause i emailed them a few days ago asking if they had it in stock and they said yes... do they charge your cc on out of stock items like easybuy2000? hate that crap!

are we talking about the same shop? i've emailed them twice today... one was asking if they still had matrix in stock (they do) and the other asking about my order i placed today (gave me the tracking number early and told me my order will ship tomorrow!) not only did they respond to both emails but they did it very quickly.
they must have changed big time cause so far they look 100x better than easybuy2000.

man fuck these guys. I ordered a X2.1Pro from <banned site> for 52 bucks and they replied my emails less than 5 minutes. I've also talk to some people on their chatline which WORKS, and helped me with shipping.

I did a next day shipment. total $72 squidz. I"m really out of money now. mods4less just wasted my $44. if get my chip in, someone has to buy it off of me. Hopefully i'll find a buyer.

I ordered an Xecuter 2.1 Lite from Mods4Less almost two weeks ago. I got an order confirmation almost immeadiatlely afterwards and they of course took thier money. I still haven't recieved my chip and have not recieved a reply to any of my emails. If I were to create an uncomprehensive study on these guys I woud rate them a negative 4 out of 20.

i got a confirm. They finally game me my tracking number. they said they sent it out last wednesday, and the tracking number says that it started yesterday the 25th which i believe they shipped out yesterday and not last wednesday. buncha liars. now with the chip that they sent, it will be an extra chip. I need to find out who wants to buy it now. I ordered from <banned site> and they answer all my emails and their chat system works!

Well... Still no modchip. On Thursday I finally recieved a response from one of my many e-mails. They told me that my chip had been sent last Tuesday via Priority Mail. This made me happy for a moment knowing that there actually IS someone there however I don't understand why they been backordered for almost two weeks and didn't feel that sending explanatory email would be in order.

Since early Thursday morning I have sent several other e-mails for the tracking number. This may come as a shock to you but, No responce.

This company seems very shady to me I would like them to be more honest and upfront. I'm new to the xbox-scene (which i think is GREAT!!) but I have modded a bunch of systems before. I tried mods4less hoping that this would be a good company to do bussiness with. I guess I should stick with system mods.

Well it's been a week and still no chips... I'm guessing its cuz of customs... but that would take up to maximum 10 days... ill wait until next monday and if it doesn't come by then...

sorry man but they suck. it took me 4 emails to get one back and all they said was we will ship another 1 out right away and they need the custmer order number, sent them everything they sent me. it is now 2 weeks and still shit so i took legal action.

they suck.

Hey, I'm sorry I forgot to update you guyz but this was great! I recieved the chips in about a week and I didn't get charged for customs! Great experience, keeps you updated on your package all the time! Will definately buy from him again!

Well its July 7th and I have yet to recieve my modchip. I recieved a message that stated...

My order was placed almost three weeks ago and still no chip. I keep getting told that it was shipped and that I should have it in a few days. Well, I guess I should be happy I sort of got a tracking number.

My advice for anyone reading this message is to stay away from mods4less and spend a couple more bucks at a reliable vendor. At this rate I don't know if I will ever recieve my chip or if it will even work.

well if i was you i would stop the payment and if they already got your money do a charge back, thats what i did and the bank is now taking legal action of fraud.

Just wanted to let everyone reading these posts know that I finally got my chip and it works great.

I ordered a Matrix from them and recieved a "Order Processed" email 24 hours later. Even had a shipping number. But after a week the shipping number still hadn't updated. I sent an email, 3 days later no response. So I went into their online chat room, sat in there for 2 hours with no one responding. Sent another email(still no response to the first one). Tried the chat room again, same thing. So I started checking the forums, got an AIM name to try. Got in touch with someone who made 2-3 responses to my inquiries but then went Away abruptly, mid-conversation. When they came back from away I persued the conversation and they informed me that my product had shipped(this being 2 weeks after I got the original tracking number). I told him it'd been 2 weeks since it "had shipped" and thought it might be lost in the mail. They told me they'd have the post office do a trace on it. A week later, no update. I tried another email. Nothing(same as the first two). Tried the chat room again. Once again, no one was there to chat. And the AIM name was Away. So 3 weeks after ordering I went through Paypal's fraud service to have my money refunded. Paypal was quick and prompt in their fraud assurance, however minutes after I got my money back I got an email stating that if my modchip ever arrived, I would be expected to pay back the funds within 24 hours or face legal charges and they would be monitoring the tracking number to be certain. I thought this was rather rash and a horrible way to deal with a customer who has already had a terrible experience with them. All in all, not only was I not impressed with this store, I was also fairly insulted by their threatening after-treatment. For those that are curious, here's my USPS tracking number:

I ordered my modchip on a monday and recieved it on thursday the same week. I had no problems.

mods4less is the worst site ever. They treat you like shit and ignore you all the time. I never once got a reply from any of my emails. They didnt ship it for over a month then they shipped me one that didnt work. Then when they went to replace it they shiped it to the wrong damn state. Plain and simple. SAY NO TO MODS4LESS!!!!!!!!! go to the console corner. the link is in my sig.

screw mods4less they suck.

they screwed up my order and then would not reply to any of my 5 emails. then i got a email out of the blue asking me for my order number i sent that and then 2 weeks later go bye and nothing so i do a charge back which worked out and then my chip shows up. LOL. i called the bank to tell them what happened after me and him did a charge back and he said to keep it and that its their lose for not doing or replying to any of are emails and also said because i never got my free gift that they give out that the order was never met and also is the reason to keep it and not much they can do about it.

I have ordered from this company after I posted a hardware request. They replied to me in a private message, and were very responsive until they got my money.

It's been 12 days since I sent my money to them, and I have not gotten the response I requested when it was recieved by them.

They have been curteous, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, however I can confirm, they do not respond to their emails in a timely fashion, especially for a business.

Although they didn't reply to most of my emails, they do have great prices and ship in a timely fashion.

11:30 P.M. Tuesday: ordered a Matrix.
Noon Wednesday: email that my order had been shipped.
Noon Thusday: got my package.

This quick delivery could be due to the fact that I live like a 2-3 hour drive from their warehouse, but I was impressed nonetheless.

Good drive up there for me and kick them. I ordered Lite and Pins 3 weeks ago, none the less i have sent them 7 emails asking where my stuff is. They responded to my email when i said i was doing a charge back they wrote that it would be 3 days before they could send out the stuff do to a back order on the pins. This was 3 2 1/2 weeks ago, no answers to my emails. No Nothing. Will contact the bank tomm on fraud as they took the money out next day.

Again stay away

The pogo pins have been on backorder for the previous 3-4 weeks. We are expected to receive more supply early next week. We have been delayed by our vendors multiple times. Sorry for this issue, PM us with your order # and we will upgrade you to USPS Express.

Ordered an X2.2 Lite on Monday, it came on Tuesday. Great price, package shippping, and extremely fast delivery.

A++++ in my opinion, chip is installed and working great.

I emailed them with my # and a nice letter stating the non answer of my emails is a result of fraud. So lets see if they write back. I like these guys, they must be extremly busy or never in. When they do write back its usually good news.

Since my last post in this thread, I have recieved one PM from Mods4Less.

Unfortunately, my request was not answered...

I have sent two additional PM's rerequesting the status of my order, and a recap of everything that has transpired just incase they have a few people handling the emails there.

Now I'm awaiting a reply.

All I would like to know is: Has my order been sent?

If not, give me my money back, you've had 3 weeks to ante up. It's that simple.



Unless they vindicate themselves, I am going to have to say I have not had a pleasurable shopping experience with Mods4Less.

I recieved my package yesterday, about 3 business days after the staff at mods4less had prompted me to email them rather than PM them here on this board as I had been doing prior.

I waited about 3 weeks for this order to be fufilled, most of it was time lost in PMs on this board, had I emailed them instead, I would have recieved my information, and order much more promptly.

For those new to Mods4Less, I recommend emailing them your questions rather than using the board's PMs, because I know from experience how difficult it is to answer an email at the end of the day when you run a small import operation (I used to work at Diehard and Gamefan), and in this case, it's only an email saying you've got a PM from someone on the board, another click, and another possibility you're going to be put on hold 'till tomorrow, hell I would, and did

That said, their prices were the most competitive for the time, 3 xbx female usb adapters and priority shipping for 26 bux flat, so I'm pleased.

At these prices, I would buy from them again, and would suggest email correspondance only.

Well i got my chip, after 1 month of waiting, i wanted to cancel my order the 2nd week, they told me they would upgrade my chip and shipping free of charge. I get the mail no up shipping, and no up chip, i would recommend else where as you rarly ever get a response back. Real nice when you havnt paid them, not nice when you pay them

As you can see from my other posts I already ordered from Mods4less and it was great but I just placed another order for one X2 Pro and one X2.2 Pro and its been 2 days and they still havent shipping it out compared to last time when they shipped it out the next morning! I hope Mods4Less is reading this and tells me what's happening with my order because I need it REALLY fast! SUMMERS ALMOST OVER

Things arent going good rite now guyz, I've been waiting a week and a half now and still no chips when they promised "3-5 Days" They supposedly said they shipped it but who knows I doubt that it would take this long when last time it came so fast. Your shipment is most likely held up in customs right now, as we shipped the next day. When your shipment arrives, check the postmark for the date shipped.

I just recieved my chips today ... its been 2 weeks and it finally came... Well I've had better business with them before and I guess because of the black out and watever customs was behind but at least I still got my chips! I still recommend mods4less from my other previous buys although this time was not as good.

Well as usually I hear about this kindo crap when it’s already too late.
I ordered from them last Thursday 8/14. Got a notice on 8/15 with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Label Number. Then on 8/17 it was updated to shipped. (8/17 was a Sunday, how they shipped on Sunday with priority mail I don’t really understand as the post office is closed on Sundays) but maybe it shipped on Friday or Saturday and they just got around to posting it on Sunday. Anyways its now 8/27 almost 2 weeks for a priority mail (suppose to be 3 to 5 days total) and I still have yet to see anything. I may give them another week. But after that I guess I will call visa and stop payment. I wasn’t really worried about this until I noticed this thread. I will post if/when I hear anything.

Well 3 emails and 2 days later I still have not heard anything from them. Even got on mirc last night and hung out in there ch #mods4less on efnet for like 6hrs trying to get someone to talk to me about it.. The only one that would talk was not an @ and he just said that he was only a tech and I should talk to a guy named desi.. I msg desi and after 4 hrs he left the ch without replaying to my msg. I think I will cancel my order with them this weaken. time to call up Visa i guess these guys dont give a hoot about there customers and unlike tacoballs i aint waiting no month on a mod i paid good money for and paid the shipping price that they set. i was told 1 week ago by 1 of the @'s on there ch on mirc that it was usps that was crap and they were holding up shipping. but im saying if you know this then why are they the only option on your web site to choose.
even if i do get the chip in the next day or so, i will never do business with these guys again, and will never recommend them to anyone.

Ordered my X2.2L+ chip, got a confirmation right away, ship notification the next day. Chip arrived a few days later. (probably would have been within 2 days if not for the long holiday weekend)

Product as advertised, sent in large envelope with sturdy box to prevent damage.

Color me happy.

Now I just need to work up the balls to open up the box and start installing.

i finally got a email form these guys explaining why and were my chip was.. they seem to be honest after all. just maybe really backedup or haveing a bad month... i did recieve my chip like 2 days after i got there explaination and it is working perfectly..
i wish they would have been more upfront with me about it though and replayed to the 1st email not the 4th one. hehe but i can understand sometimes things happen.

I ordered 2 Xcecuter 2.2 Pro's on 7 July 2003 along with a few other accessories.
I still haven't recevied anything (other than a dip in in my credit card balance)!

My order status is "pending".

I have received 2 e-mails in response to my approximately 50 e-mails.
Very helpful indeed - "oh we are so surprised you haven't received it yet, must be customs, blah blah blah"

I encourage everyone who had a bad experience to write a bad review on their website.

I'm now also trying to get Visa to refund me.

Avoid this place!!!
