Hi,

i have big problem .
my xbox360 got 2 redlights (left both) after R6T3 removal .
i made a mistake , because i first release the false x-clamp (gpu) but i haven`t lift the cooler (only moved the clamp).
after that i removed the right one (cpu) then removed the R6T3 and then i would test if everthing
is alright . i played 2-3 minutes and then 2 red lights .
i figured out that the cpu is very hot , hotter than the gpu .
and i can`t play longer than 2-3 minutes . but boots fine .
i used silver paste for the cooler .the cooling fan works , and the screws
from mainboard to gpu/cpu are good fixed.
now some questions .
2 redlights mean overheating , ok
do i need special cooling paste ?
what should i check first ?

There's no need to move the clamps to remove R6T3, it's clearly accessible as soon as you remove the motherboard from the case.

Either you've screwed the thermal connection between the chips and the heatsinks, or you've done something totally wrong.
