Hi, well I will really like my japanese 360 running linux, I have a 2858 kernel, so I can update it. But US and European KK does not work on my xbox. Can I use Asian KK? Can I patch it with same pacthes. Is there any region free game that have plain shaders so I may be able to use xorloser´s shader tools to create a new pacth for another game?

check the MD5 of Shaders\xeshaders.bin from your copy of KK after patching. if it's 13d026a7c1ae9c1330f607ff968b5678, it should allow you to load linux.
if not, try patching your copy of KK with KKPatcher.exe from xorloser's X360 Shader Tools.
if the MD5 is still different, the only way to know for sure if it works is to try it.
