I have some voice messages that I would like to keep. Is there any way to transfer these to my PC and play them back there?

Could someone please answer my question?

I spent an hour today trying to do this by hooking up my audio out on my tv to the pc and using Sound Recorder, with no luck. In the end I used my mobile phone to record the message and will transfer it to my pc later.

As far as I know, the messages are stored on XBL servers, they are transmitted to your xbox when requested. Based on that, you may be able to intercept the data, and extract the audio file. I do not know if this will work, but you can give it a try. Perhaps someone with more knowledge in this area can help out. Again, worth a try, but i'm not completely positive it will work.

PS. I suppose this could be encrypted, but I don't see any reason for M$ to encrypt this data.

I have my 360 going through my sound card so essentially I can just record the line in and it will play it back on queue whenever needed I guess.
