this is the first and weirdest problemm i faced in the 360 fixing career , there is this 360 that has the green leds starts fine when i turn the console on , but no video or audio at all , cant understand that at all , i fixed it before , it had a 0102 gpu error , replaced x clamp professionally and its fine worked after that for a few hours , but after that , no video out put , neither on a standard video cable or a vga output cable, so i replaced the video encoder chip thinking it would be the damaged chip but no success , and i tested all the fuses around it and on the output , but no luck , does any one recognise that error , please help

There aren't any fuses back there. If you replaced the ANA chip then the problem is either there or with the GPU. Since it had an 0102 error before and the X-clamp revived it for awhile, this also points to the GPU being at fault.
