I disagree with the line. I believe it should be more of a SHADED area, instead of a line, to account for standard deviation (and also alcohol level(s) of the party/parties involved). Also, the right side of the graph should most likely go into Coordinate IV, as at some point having the Expert of all case modders around will decrease the chances of those AROUND him as well as kill his own.
