I cannot seem to find a link to a tutorial or guide that will show me how to swap my bad Hitachi drive in my 360 for a working M25 Samsung that I have... can someone please email the link or post a general guide in here??

Or, you can look thru all of the numerous guides yourself in Newbie Chat and the Technical DVD-ROM sections of the forums, plenty of them in there and what all tools you'll need. Just have to spoof the ms25 as your Hitachi version and replace the key with the one from it also.
