Erick was excellent! His service was outstanding. I shipped out the console on a Thursday he got it Friday and HE DROVE IT TO PITTSBURGH FOR ME!! 1-30-09 As of today I am putting all orders for flash service for 360 and PSP on hold. I will be vacationing in sunny Florida and the Keys for a couple weeks. I should be back up and open for business by Feb. 23rd. Brian will still be available for any Wii, PS2, and Xbox 1 mods. Please feel free to contact him if you have any questions. I will have my iPhone with me so I will be able to answer emails but there will be no immediate response. If I decide to put the margarita's down and get off the beach I may reply to some emails at that time.

Got back from Florida yesterday morning and as soon as I got done unpacking UPS dropped off a load of 15 consoles to mod. Got them all done and shipped before 5pm. Feels great to be back to work.

so what of this new 1.6fw?

Patiently waiting for it to come out like everyone else.

It looks like 1.51 will be out first. This will allow the new games to work again.

It looks like 1.6 will have the same fix for new games as well but also include a 0800 option if you want to connect the drive to your PC to rip retail games to your pc.

I had a database meltdown on my websites feedback forum. I had rebuild the forum but unfortunately all if lost.

If any of the countless great people who had left me goo feedback their wishes to do so again would be very nice.

I just placed an order from your website and I'm totally psyched to finally have a Jasper mobo with HDMI - I can't wait.

Just in time to be used with my new 50" plasma....life is good.

Just gotta say that Prestige-Mods is a professionally managed outfit. As soon as I placed my order, I received the standard PayPal notifications and then I received a personal heads up from Erick. He updated me on the status of the order and it's general timeframe of fulfillment.

My order was placed at 3 pm and it was shipped in roughly 2 hours thereafter. Unbelievable!

I have yet to receive the item, but I'm completely blown away at the level of customer service, communication and overall professionalism.

You can't go wrong with these guys. If you're worried or hesitant about ordering new units or service....allay your fears and pull the trigger.

I sent a hitachi dvd board chip to Ranger72 to read with external programmer, his charge was decent in my opinion.. and to make it even better he not only read my dvd key....sent me it in email... and then flashed another dvd drive I was not even going to get from him... gave me a great deal on that and on top of all that sent the drive priority mail which got to me in 2 business days. So the price went from decent to incredible.

Then he responds to every email I sent him VERY quickly... and even helped me with a couple other questions I had (I have been out of modding for a little bit..damn kids lol)

Anyway I hope to do business with Erick again soon, best customer service I have seen on these forums since I have started here. I just can not say enough about it.

I wish to mod my lite-on xbox, does the $42 fee include return shipping and insurance? Or is it extra?

As a corollary to my prior positive feedback, I've received the pre-modded system that I ordered from Erick in 2 days. It works perfectly and has the latest and greatest 1.51 firmware installed. My backups boot like a treat.

I'm 100% satisfied. I just want to say thanks to Erick and Prestige-Mods for being so efficient in every facet of this transaction. A++ would buy from again.
