is there any tutorial i didn't see about how to use the blaster 360 ( not install it but how to use it so u can play backuped games) thx a lot , i did lot of search but im not quite sur of all the forum is structured so i may have missed it

You couldn't find anything because it doesn't exist. All the blaster 360 does is make repeated flashing easier as it moves the ports outside your console. You still need to flash the DVD drive.
