I have a 61 inch jvc model HD-61FN97, it can do 1080p over hdmi...I have one of the original model 360's so I don't have the hdmi input. My question is with the vga cables can I do 1080p over it? It's a rear projection tv so the pc input says this in the instruction manual "the pc input is 15 pin d-sub type and is compaitable with xga (1024x768) and vga (640x480) signals both at 60 Hz" The resolution maxes out at that and I thought 1080p was 1920x1080 which is a lot higher than what my tv is. I'm assuming it won't do 1080p but maybe it can if one of you guys can let me know. I plan on buying the halo special edition 360 if this one won't do 1080p over the vga. Thanks in advance

if your tv can do 1080p then vga cable can do it but you need the latest dashboard update. (I am pretty sure)
