Sorry I couldn't find anything on this with the search, but when my backup has an .iso and a .dvd file, lets say I am using DVD Decrypter... do I just select the .dvd file and the .iso will be picked up on automatically?

And another thing: What updates are there included with games like the one he is talking about here:

pick the .dvd file, that will give the burning app all it needs to know. I would strongly suggest IsoBurner (check tutorials). No console update will brick your machine - and like the moderator said in the linked topic, "why would an original game update brick your xbox?"

Thanks, but are these firmware upgrades or what? Actually I asked what they were in the original post.

They are general console updates, this is a mini version of the ones released bi-annually
