Do you have movie that others hated and you loved and visa versa?

I hated Memento. Thought it was the most overrated piece of garbage ever. Wasn't impressed with the Godfather, although it wasn't bad. Hated all the Spidermans. Thought the Shawshank Redemption was a tad overrated. Thought all the Die Hard movies were shit too.

I find it interesting to see what people think about things ... anything really and what makes them enjoy something or prefer 1 thing over the next be it movies or people or music etc.

I gave my buddy the movie to watch waiting for him to give me his thoughts on Perfume.

Also, another movie I absolutely LOVED and others hated is Punch Drunk Love

I felt it was Adam Sandler's best movie and I have no idea why I loved it so much
