When i turned on my xbox i got a black screen with red words saying:
XBMC Fatal Error
T:\guisettings.xml Line 450
Error reading end tag
IP Address 192.168.1.2
Starting FTP server...
FTP server running on port 21. login: xbox/xbox
Press any button to reboot
It won't reboot when i push any button.

It's due to you using a new build installed via the old build method (i.e. with the xbe on C:, but everything else on (say) e:\apps\xbmc).
You need to install it as-per the instructions in the online manual.
You have FTP access, so fortunately this is easy to recover.
Read the friendly manual. Ask questions for anything you don't understand.
Make sure you understand the bit about fallback dashboards BEFORE you start messing around.
