Ok, so I tried the suggestions in the link above.
I reseated the blue tooth and wi-fi boards, and no luck.
I tested all fuses and all were found good on the main board (the was one that looked like a fuse on the blue tooth adapter, that didn't do anything when tested (but maybe its not a fuse)).
In the link above one person suggested swapping the NAD chip, due to possible bad flash. from what I have gathered from
here is that it is not possible, because they have unique keys.
Well anyways, I did further tests with the Wii. there is no video. and the Wiimote will not connect. No audio (but there wouldn't be if i cant press 'A' on the first screen. disc drive checks for disc and spins if it finds one. Well if yall have any ideas as what the problem is let me know.
