Oh gawd, not another 'analyst' article.
Especially when this one is - once again - pulling completely ridiculous numbers out of the air. For example, Nintendo only just recently reached 10 million units (worldwide), what makes this idiot think Nintendo has any kind of manufacturing ability to double those numbers in the next couple of months?

Here's an idea, wait until the actual figures come out, then adjust your estimates. You just might be correct then. 
I usually stay away from these type of news posts, but I just had to laugh at that stupid Nintendo estimate! 
Even if Nintendo REALLY wanted too they couldn't mass produce enough units to pull in those type of figures. They're already having a hard enough time keeping up with demand.
The Microsoft numbers are also stupid! No way MS can sell that many by the end of the year.

Predictions and forecasts are a waste of time - in fact, they invariably cause more harm than good. Someone link this news article and hold onto it until December - we can then mass-mail these jumped-up weathermen and remind them how wrong they were.

He probably expects another ban round for all the halo3 rips.. and then counts replacement as new sales. Then he adds the same numbers he guesstimated from everyone suddenly not buying PS3MGS3 to halo, minus 200 000 Japanese.
