I have completed halo 3 on normal and am now going back to complete on legendary however, when i get to the end of sierra 117 the pelican hovers above the bridge and no matter what i do it wont descend to let me board..... captain johnson and the arbiter are with me please help anyone thanks...

stand under it and jump while holding the right shoulder button, this happened to me once too

ye or get in it and hold right bumper

try jumping off of the arbiters head
