Is there any type of website that has some cool halo videos (montages, cool plasma sticks, headshots, etc..)?

Um... you basically said that it's hard to find a large amount of videos there. Precisely the opposite is true.
What you COULD do is just use the search, and when you find a video you like, look at that user's other videos. If he has lots of videos you like, you can subscribe to him (of course, you need an account to do that). Subscribing to a user means that you will be notified when he adds new videos.
Man... I'm writing a YouTube walkthrough on a Halo 3 forum...

What I meant was, I don't know what to search for. I search halo 3 videos and I get a bunch of trailers. I would also like a website that has highest voted, most watched, etc.

Try searching on "halo 3 montage" or "halo 3 multiplayer." Whatever it is you wanna find in the title, search on that.

It sounds to me like you're looking for a site dedicated to Halo videos. I don't know of any, but I think there's a possibility one or two exist.
