I recently got my modded xbox back..... I was looking around at the programs that were on it and I inadvertentally clicked on something and when I returned to the startup screen (Using Avalaunch) it was all fuzzy/moving making it impossible to read... I really don't know what to do. Thank you

Sounds like you may have changed your xbox's region...to PAL?

Gonna be tuff now. What I do to change region is hook my xbox up to my pc video card. Then the program I use to watch the tv feed from the xbox has an option to set it to PAL. Did this with several Crystal boxes I got from Spain. Works like a charm. But if you don't have a set up like that, I am not sure what to tell you...maybe you can find someone that has a video card that will allow the same options as mine.

There isn't a option just to switch it back to the way I had it? maybe like a re-install or something? I was searching the evolution-x program. I guess I shoulda just left it alone... I'm away from my xbox for the next couple of hours so I can't really do anything to fix it, thanks again.

there's a cd you can download that will let you change your video mode. find it in the usual places. it has a series of buttons to press to change it from PAL to NTSC. try google.

Enigma video mode switcher is found on #xbins, simply burn it to a disc and run it.

Read the Read me.txt that comes with it.

press down 2 times
Press A for settings
press down 5 times to select the video menu
press A for video menu
press right to select tv standard
press right and select up control
press a this will select NTSC-M
press down 3 times and select the set button
Press A to hit the button.

I have used Video Select and made it the first option on the menu. Then following the read me I changed the video back.

Where do I find this video select?
