hi

1)is there a way so that i can put hd-movies(rip hd) into the hard disk of the 360, and play them?? without needing buying an external hd-dvd, and burnning the hd-movie into hd-dvd...

2) can i make pc hard disk compatible with 360, so that i can use it for the 360 ???

hi

Yes this is fairly simple.

I use Mac Drive 07 ( Someone on here made a tutorial on it.
It formats the drive to be able to read on the 360. I use a chap portable 160 gig. Plugs right into the USB. Its awesome. Then all files must be in WMV format. Which there is one heck of a guide on here also. Look around if you get stuck.

yeah, I have my xbox 360 hdd hooked up to my computer right now via SATA and have xplorer 360 to view the files. Whare do I put the video/media files? and do they just have to be in wmv? I know mp4 plays really good on the 360.
