I sent my 360 to this guy last week for an RROD repair with the X clamp replacement and i got my 360 back today and it works great!! This guy is awesome. He responded to all of my PM's quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a fix. He also upgraded my firmware for free and upgraded the fan system to ensure this doesnt happen again. I was completely satisfied with this transaction and will come back to him if i have any problems in the future. A++
