its just a glitch.
the deal is get call of duty 4, get 3 free, but it takes 30 off to make 3 free, and glitches to take 30 of cod4 also.

It looks like somone probably had a coupon or some kind of store credit.
I got my copy legitimately for like $34 at Target the day after Christmas... 
I got mine at best buy for $38 before Xmas.
