I believe I have it installed correctly, however I cannot get it to work. My stock HDD got screwed up during a softmod and now the xbox just gives me an Error 06. I know that means it cannot unlock it. It was my impression that the modchip either bypasses that or can read the eepprom. How would I be able to do that?

So what HDD did you install in place?
