xlink will not work for me is any one else suffering from same problem?

ive had to go back to earlier xbmc releases in order for xlink to work. with the newer builds of xbmc xlink just freezes up this has been happening in the last 10-15 or so releases.with older versions of xbmc i dont have this this error

i am curious to know if anyone else is experiencing lockups with xlink in xbmc i tested it with more than one skin so i know its not the skin im using. it loads fine but when when i open xlink and scroll to arena it locks up everytime no matter which skin im using. im using the latest tech build and i love xlink its been stable for a long time and i dont want to use older xbmc builds as i like to stay stay up to date. any info on this is appreciated

mtsaint .. try here .. www.xboxmediacenter.com/forum .. its a well known issue with newer builds and the XBMC devs have stated that they don't have the time/resources to fix it .. patch welcome :]

edit: shutting off kai notifications in the options has been claimed to fix alot of issues ..
