What RAD and RES did you finally end up picking up? I was following the progress in your portable thread. I dont see anything wrong with extending the cooling to beyond the actual dimensions of the box.

I haven
t picked up a rad yet but I am ordering a MCR80QP. The only reason it is taking so long to get the rad is because I want to find one in Canada. The rad is only about $25, any US website charges at least $30 for shipping and I know I am going to be screwed with a $45-50 brokerage fee and I'm not up for that. I don't think I am going to use a res. I haven't bought anything in regards to 'plumbing' it yet like a T-Line or anything but I do have a Danger Den fill port.

Got the paint today, flat black and clear coat by Duplicolor. I couldn’t fint any JB Weld’s so I bought a Bondo brand bumper repair kit, just a two-part epoxy that is easily finished(or so the package says

). I will epoxy the case parts together tomorrow and post pictures then.

So I haven’t got a chance to work on this yet, I haven’t been home since Tuesday. The carpenter that did the tile, cut what he thought was the exhaust for the nonexistent fireplace, but it was the exhaust for the furnace so it has been exhausting into the house for almost 3 weeks. I’m lucky I’m not dead. I am going home tonight as the problem is solved and I will post some pictures later.

Neat idea with the fan shroud. Just be sure you mold it in well and it should look good

Looking good, I'm still thinking of water cooling my 360. Could you list the water cooling parts you bought in the future?

internal pics?
Pictures of what? Its nothing special, just a plain 360. I haven't installed water cooling yet because I don't have the rad(ordering Friday as mentioned above) and I still wanna play it while I wait for the part.
