I was looking at getting an lcd tv for use with my 360 and general tv watching. I was looking at two different sets becasue of black friday deals and here is what I came up with so far. They have a samsung 19inch widescreen or a dynex 26inch for 350-400 at two different stores in my area. I'm looking for the best deal without sacrificing quality so any help is grat.

Normally I'd say quality over size, but 19" is really freeking small. With that size you should plan on sitting about 1-2' from it (about as far as you would be from a computer monitor). Don't expect to be playing multi player or anything like that. I used to use a 24" dell 2407 for quite a while and after upgrading to a 40" halo is so much more enjoyable (and I can actually play with friends without having them sit on my lap). 26" would make a decent single person monitor. Personally I would recommend saving up a bit more and looking at a 32".
