I have got 2 360's.

One has a modifed Hitachi 46 drive which worked fine until I started to get the dreaded red lights. This 360 now rarely boots up and if it does, it often freezes.

I have also got a samsung ms28 box which I thing I have wrecked.

I tried modding the FW on this but took a bad dump of the firmware and reflashed it without having a copy of a good orig.bin.

Now I was wondering how I would go about putting my modified Hitachi Drive into the Samsung box and what tools to use to replace the key etc etc (providing I can salvage the key from the samsung).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
