I'm kinda confused on whats not working here for me.

First of all i have a Pioneer DVR-K16D 1.00 and its DL capable.

The problem is when i try to burn my 360 back up game onto my Memorex DVD+R DL disc it seems to not recognize it. I'm using CloneCD and when i place the disc in it just keeps waiting. With IMGBurn it won't work either? Is it cause the disc i have is not capable with my burner? or is it the burner itself, i looked every where and can't find any info on this drive. Do i need to upgrade my burner or its just that i cant use this Drive to burn 360 games? Can anyone help me with this problem please, having trouble with this for days.
