Hey guys. I've finally decide to customize my 360 and after much thought have decided to go with a Hitman theme. I've posted pictures of my work in progress. After all cutting is finished I am planning on painting the case matte black and backlight the theme with white lights. All I have at the moment is the design that I am currently cutting out and am trying to think of a little more to add to it. I am not going to do the codename 47 text like I have in the picture. I realized it is going to be too difficult and I am just going to do the logo and hitman text. Lemme know what you guys think.

i like the concept im sure itll look great when its finished, cuts look good so far. good luck on the small text i did some similar sized text on mine and its do able just takes time to get it right. anyways good luck ill check back to see it finished

nice the cutout is looking good. nice and clean i hope when i do my window it comes out that clean. if your wondering what else to do, why not try the barcode under the hitman lettering.

Looks good so far. You could alway just paint the words on. Less chance of running the case that way. I,m almost finished my first case mod. paint is drying right now. I used one of those xray windows, i'll never buy another one tho. To easy to break the clips.

Might I make a suggestion?

Those letters look itty bitty. And as good as your first cut is, it's going to be insanely difficult to get a clean finish from those things.

What I would do personally is get a vynil negative of the text made up (anybody that does rear-window car decals can turn 'em out on the cheaps), and use it as a template (Use paper, or light-adhesive tape and an Xacto if the first isn't in your budget) for a few coats of white spray paint.

My very favorite faceplate artist SpaceGhost2K is a perfect example:





If done correctly, using a vynil negative some amazing results for very little work.

That's just a suggestion though. If you're ballsy enough to give it a shot, the best of luck to 'ya!

what would you guys recommend to backlight it?? using leds or cathodes. and where would you get them too?? just curious and cant decide with it being so large.

*UPDATE*

Well here is an update on my work in progress. I have finished out the logo and have finished sanding it for the most part with a 300 grit. I have decided against cutting out the text, whether I do anything other than the logo, I'm kinda undecided. I am thinking about adding a fan instead to help with cooling. Let me know what you guys think.

Nice clean cut so far. I thought I could give you an Idea. find an image of Hitman, and you could have the case like his suit. So back along the outside with white for his shirt and red to make the tie. If you understand what i mean. Theres many images on google and would consider doing this myself aswell maybe If I have the time
