You may have seen the other Xbox 360 on here, with the same style of cut and grill. I loved it so much, I tried doing the same. Here's the cut and me holding the grill in place.

I need some tips on how to attach the grill to the plastic though. Got any ideas? Will a hot-glue gun work?

Yes hot glue works great and no you don't need a cordless one. Although I wouldn't mind having one.
