I modded my buddies xbox for him last week and attempted to put the new maps on there. All I did was copy some Udata files from mine to his and now when i put halo 2 in his xbox it shows the bungie screen then goes black. I tried deleting all the u and tdata files and that didn't even work. Am I screwed here?

halo2 maps are signed to each xbox when then are installed via original map disc, xbox live DLC, or even the scene released DLC installer.

it will not function when copying from one xbox hdd to another.

Oh ok, thank you for the response. Do you have any idea what I could've done to make the regular game not even work? I don't even care about the extra maps anymore, I'd just like to be able to play the regular game.

Try re-installing halo onto your HDD
