I have an x360 that has error 0110, I send it to a guy that fixed the problem, but it only works 2 months and now, it’s broken again!
Now I want to know, if I buy a water cooling mod and I put it in the Xbox 360. Can this "fix" the problem? Or maybe it will be the same, will work some time until it get broken again?

Cooling the 360 down after the fact isn't going to fix a thing, that sort of thing needs to be done right after a fix or beforehand. Even in the case of after a fix, the problem may still arise since it's not heat that's the real problem, it's crappy design along with crappy parts. Once the BGA joints have gone south it's impossible to say how long any 'fix' may last, unless it's removed and reballed properly, and after something like that just additional air cooling would be all you'd really need.
