I have an XBOX modded with an eXecutor2 Pro, self installed.I have EvolutionX dashboard 1.8.(492 I think) installed on the hard drive.
The bloody thing worked great first try. I could rip games, and play ripped games, no problem. But now when the modchip is enabled, the XBOX:
1) Powers up for ONE second, then powers itself off.
2) Powers up for ONE second, then powers itself off, again.
3) Powers up and spins up the hard drive, but no video or functionality.
Disabling the modchip causes the MS BIOS and dashboard to boot normally.
I've checked all connections, everything LOOKS fine. This was a wire install, as the LC4 holes were soldered shut.
I've tried booting with the EvolutionX CDRW (which worked before), but it has no effect on the problem.
I can read, write, and verify the eXecutor2 BIOS, and I have tried overwriting with the same version of the BIOS, with no luck. I haven't been able to find any other version of the BIOS online.
Please, can anyone help???
