Hey,
I have a Xbox360 Elite connected via HDMi to a LG 32LE2R (HD Ready).
I will get better image with VGA cable as i can set LCD native resolution 1366x768? or should i stay with HDMi?
Im currently using 1080i as i cant notice any difference between 720p.
Thanks in advance,

There's no point in running in 1080i, since 1366x768 can't actually display it to begin with, the TV just downscales/converts the image to 720p. It's up to you really - VGA is analog, HDMI is digital. If your TV has a DVI input, then you can use an HDMI>DVI adapter, which should allow you to choose 1360x768 over your HDMI (DVI) connection, at least it does for me. If you're not using the Microsoft HDMI cable with the audio output on the end, then you'll need to hack another cable to get audio, should you try that method. You can buy a VGA cable from Gamestop, try it, if it sucks, take it back.
