I was just wondering if my DVD burner would work in burning 360 games

this is my dvd burner

http://www.cclonline.com/product-info.asp?...nufacturer_id=0

it may be an older model

Will this be OK

I am currently looking to buy an xbox 360 premium. Does anyone know any good deals where i could get one for cheap
and where can i find the cheapest Verbatims from here in the UK?

Thank You

Your link doesn't work. But from what I know, just about any DVD burner can burn a backup. It's in creating backups where the problem lies.

Just make sure it's DL (Dual Layer) compatible

Try the one you have right now, if you get one failed disc, dont keep burning them. Buy a new drive, i got a new pioneer dvr-115d and it works like clockwork.

You can get pre-flashed 360's on ebay for about 300 with games. If you want to back up your originals type kreon into ebay and buy one of them pre-flashed drives. If you aint wanting to pay that then buy the same model drive you see on ebay as standard and flash the drive yourself smile.gif

It should be able to. I dont see why not. Make sure you get +R media not - as they wont play. If it doesnt work using average qaulity dsics and using latest firmware for your drive then Id say get a new drive. Im using a pioneer DVR 115D and have no problems now. I even used fairly cheap media.
