I just sent my 360 to the repair it had a E 7 4 message on the bottom
They received it Jan 10, 2008 According to the Tracking Ticket
Here is my actual question Do they usually send out a new 360 or do they send out a Refurbished one?
Or do they try to repair the one I sent them? It had a Hardware Failure I think the AV Chip or something they said
Also how long do they usually take in all scenarios (New, refurbished, Repair,)??

My warranty was about to run out and I only had 20 days on it when it got the 1 Red Light so They said there gonna give me the default 90 day warranty,
What im trying to figure out is why they made there product so crappy? My friend has a 360 elite and he also got E 74 and the service center told him he was the FIRST to get the Ring of death with an Elite , That cant be true right?
