I don't have much to spend. But I really want to upgrade to hdtv, even if its 720p I don't care. Size doesn't really matter. But cheap is what I am looking for. Where should I look?

to be perfectly honest, if you dont have a spare 1500 to spend, even on credit, wtf are you thinking even being in the market for an HD set? you have more important things to worry about, tend to them...

I agree with gcskate27
A good TV will last you a decade, curb your frivolous day-to-day spending for a few weeks and save up and buy one that will last you more than a year or two.

Yeah i agree with gcskate27 and twistedsymphony... buy something good not something that wont last you for more than 3 years. If you look right you can find some pretty good deals specially on boxing day (canada) or black friday (usa). I'd save up and buy a sweet tv on black friday (which is a long way from here). On boxing day (dec 26) I bought a 42" 1080p Sharp Aquos for 1300 CAN we'll the other day i saw the flier from where i bought it from and its 1800 now, I saved 500 bucks.
