1-21-2008: Water Cooled Xbox 360 Console shown off at TGN New York / NJ Open.



This thing was amazing, it was water cooled. It kept the 360 at a nice 85 degrees.
For fun we unplugged the water cooler and the temperature jumped to 108 in less than 3 seconds.

Well, this beats down the theory that Xboxexpert is doing hard time somewhere in Siberia.

It's a nice mod to be sure, but if it really was done by Xboxexpert, why wasn't he credited in the original article?

I dont know but he commented on the website in the comments section.

it sorta looks like watercooled xbox nr.2 that he made for a customer, it was shown here.

Xboxexpert isn't the only person in the world that can mod and watercool an xbox...

It's a shame his account was banned here for being a fool lolol I doubt X-S would put this in the news etc.

Dude - say what you want - but he was the first when it was released to take it as far as he did! PERIOD!
He and G0TMAX - (spelling) did leaps and bounds with the 360 when I was scared to death to even take mine apart.....

They disected it together right from launch and took High Res photos and posted 12v 5v 7v points on the motherboards and alot more. He was very much a Pioneer Contributer to where we are today. So that box mentioned in the OP means much more to alot of us, that have been here through it all, than just another watercooled 360.
People make mistakes and we move on - god knows I have skeleton in my closet too or things I am not proud of - but we have to forgive, forget and take the Positive contributions and move on.

Ok - that's off my chest - oh and I see by your join date that you have been here for a while too.... but I dont remember you posting in these forums when Xpert was doing his thing? And to be totally honest I can not believe the Mods have not closed this thread.
Anyway - I dont want to start a flame war (Your box is nice as well) - but give credit where it's due. We're all in this 360 modding thing together and here to help each other out and encourage one another. If thats not the case then its time to be moving on.

It wasn't closed earlier because I just saw it, now it is. If you all could have not started an XE issue out of it and just discussed the 360 it would have been fine, but there's nothing new or groundbreaking on that console that hasn't been done around here before, either by XE or someone else.
