Title explains it all, do you need to use a special tip and or iron for the D2C mods? Or just use the smallest tip you can find?

Weller WLC100 with an ST7 tip. It's not most expensive but it's better than the crap radioshack sells. I start with the temperature as low as possible and raise it up until it melts what I need. Weller makes great irons and soldering stations, I highly recommend them.
