My Friend have Xecuter bios and apple X chipp and cant get xbmp2.4 or 2.3 too work =(

Anyone who has the same prob ?

In what way wont it work?

Cant install it?, wont run from EvoX?

!) Make sure to be using config xml for the new version.
2) Make sure there are no spaces in the config xml between tags e.g. good "<tag>good</tag>, bad "<tag> good </tag>".
3)If upgrading delete old save file via msdashboard, it will get rid of all of it.
4) If using EvoX and a static IP take off setting "setup network".

He has changed the config-file as it says in the manual and after that it wont boot.

If he dont make any changes in the config-file it boots up but cant find the harddrives.

And he heard some talk about a cut-file ? what is that ? do you need to change anything in it ?
