Does these laser services you offer does any help with the "Please insert xbox 360 disc" even when its a brand new game and it is not modded??

jbjordan: It should. That usually is caused by a malfunctioning laser. I'd help if you knew if the spindle drive is actually spinning. That could also be caused by a dirty or broken spindle drive. Many different things are possible, however laser and spindle are most likely cases.
