you need to figure out how to log into your router and then look through the settings and find the one about ur NAT.
try such Ip's like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
check ur manual. It will tell you the right way.

Once you have logged into your router, enable the DMZ feature and put in the IP address of your 360.
This will put your 360 outside of the routers firewall and it will give you a full open connection to xbox live... !
