This is a Falcon/HDMI 360, but the case is the old Xenon case. The back has been carefully cut to allow access to HDMI and AV-port. System is also 2 to 3 week old, so pretty new, with no games played on it except ACE Combat Demo. This xbox has not been modded, and is 100% Live ready or Unbanned. There is not Warrnty sticker on it, and does not come with the 1year limited warranty, but i will guarantee the system against DOA. This system is perfect for the modder of both system and case, as if you go with everything you can get complete modder's package.

Why was a new system put into an old style case?

Bc I traded my old modded system with a friend, who bought a new HDMI system and an extended warranty. He wanted to keep the case just in case his xbox went bad, and needed to use the extended warranty.

This is why there is no explicit warranty on the unit, but it works and is new.
