I am stuck
I have a Philips SPD2513p sata drive and am trying to change the booktype in imgburn
I cant chnge it for three reasons
1 the phillips is not in the list of booktype drives in imgburn
2 when I try to use nero it doesnt show the bitsetting options and 3
when I click on liteon in img burn which i think this drive is remarked by lite on
I get this error
current setting-unknown failed
reason-no additional sense information
I have updated all drivers to the newest on my drive
wtf

Okay by the way the drive is auctually a spd2513bd
It is oem lite on
I have changed booktype setting in imgburn and it still wont allow me to change to dvd-rom also in compatabilities in imgburn there is no check in the box next to dvd-rom write support but I am positive this drive has that capability

Is there a reason you need to change the booktype? It is no longer required with the newest ixtreme firmwares.
