I have done my fair share of xbox modding (all hardware no soft mods) and now a buddy wants me to mod his wii... i have no idea where to look for info so if someone could provide some good links so i can read up on it id be really happy... is modding a wii hard? what are the benefits? is there a lot of homebrew for it? any info is greatly appreciated... thanks!

generally speaking, modding a wii sin't too bad. The points are about xbox d0 in size. Unless you get a D2C, in which case it gets a little tough. nintendo-scene.com has a good knowledge base. it's like xbox-scene, but younger and smaller....and for nintendo products. Homebrew is in it's infancy, but growing.
